Key Features:

  • Report Type Filtering: Support filtering by report type (All, Daily, Weekly) for quick report location.
  • Time Filtering: Set time ranges through a date picker for precise report filtering.
  • View Report Details: Click on report entries to view detailed information, including report name, type, time, recipients, and related action options.

Operation Process:

  1. Open "My Reports" page to view the list of submitted reports.
  2. Use filtering functions to quickly find reports:
    • Type Filtering: Filter by report type (All, Daily, Weekly) for quick classification.
    • Time Filtering: Use the date picker to select specific date ranges for precise report location.
  3. View detailed information in the report list, including report name, type, time, recipients, and perform related actions (such as edit or view details).

Received Reports

  • Keyword Search: Support searching by keywords to quickly locate relevant report content.
  • Report Type Filtering: Filter received reports by type (All, Daily, Weekly) for easy management.
  • Time Filtering: Filter reports received within specified time periods through the date picker for improved efficiency.
  • View Report Details: View report name, type, time, recipients, and perform actions as needed (such as adding comments or exporting).

Operation Process:

  1. Enter "Received Reports" page to view work reports submitted by team members.
  2. Use filtering and search functions for efficient finding:
    • Keyword Search: Enter keywords to quickly locate desired reports.
    • Type Filtering: View corresponding reports by report type (All, Daily, Weekly).
    • Time Filtering: Set specific time ranges through the date picker to find reports within particular periods.
  3. View detailed report information, including report name, type, time, recipients, supporting actions like commenting and exporting.

  • Select Report Type: Users can choose between "Daily Report" or "Weekly Report".
  • Select Recipients: Can use previous report recipients to reduce repetitive selection and improve work efficiency.
  • Fill Report Content: Complete the report form with detailed work progress, plans, and issues to ensure comprehensive information.
  • Submit Report: Click the "Submit" button to generate the report after completing the form.

Operation Process:

  1. Enter "My Reports" page, click "New Report" to access the report creation page.
  2. Select Report Type: Choose "Daily Report" or "Weekly Report" based on actual needs.
  3. Select Recipients: Option to choose previous report recipients to avoid repetitive operations and improve efficiency.
  4. Fill Report Content: Input detailed information in the form including work progress, completed tasks, pending tasks, encountered difficulties, etc., ensuring comprehensive report content.
  5. After confirming the report content, click "Submit" to complete report creation and submit it to relevant managers or team members.
