Data Export (Admin)
Administrators can click the [Export Approval Data] button in the top right corner of the application approval center to enter the data export form interface. On this interface, administrators can fill in relevant information according to actual needs, conveniently export approval data for subsequent analysis and processing.
Export Data Settings
When exporting approval data, administrators need to fill in the following key parameters:
Approval Type: Select the type of data to export based on application categories (such as leave, overtime, business trip, etc.). You can export data for specific categories, facilitating classification statistics and analysis.
Time Range: Set start and end dates to export approval records within the specified time range. This helps in detailed viewing and processing of approval data for specific periods.
Approval Status: Select data to export based on approval status. You can choose to export Completed (approved) or Incomplete (pending approval, rejected, etc.) approval data, helping administrators analyze approval process efficiency and bottlenecks, and make timely adjustments.
Data Export Steps
- Fill in the relevant settings in the form interface, ensuring the correct selection of approval type, time range, and approval status.
- After confirming the settings are correct, click the [Export] button, and the system will automatically generate and export the approval data file (usually in CSV or Excel format) that meets the conditions.
- Download the exported file and use data analysis tools or other software for further analysis and processing.
Through the data export function, administrators can more efficiently manage and analyze approval processes, promptly identify potential issues and optimize approval efficiency, improving the accuracy of management decisions.
